Our next production is the winner of the 2012 Mystery Writers of America Award for best play…”The Game’s Afoot”. This mystery comedy will run from October 11 – 20. It is 1936 and Broadway star William Gillette admired the world over for his leading role in the play Sherlock Holmes, has invited his fellow cast members to his Connecticut castle for a weekend of revelry. But when one of the guests is stabbed to death, the festivities in this isolated house of tricks and mirrors quickly turn dangerous. Then it is up to Gillette himself, as he assumes the persona of his beloved Holmes, to track down the killer before the next victim appears. The danger and hilarity are non-stop in this glittering whodunit. Tickets will go on sale Monday, October 7. Box Office Hours are 1 – 6 PM. There are no shows on Monday or Tuesday and all shows start promptly at 8:00 PM except for Sunday matinees which start at 2:30 PM. Ticket prices are $18 for adults, $15 for senior citizens age 60+ and $10 for students age 5 – 23. We do not allow children less than 5 years of age to attend this production.
