Box Office

The Box Office opens for members on Thursday, the week prior to the opening night of each show and for non-members on Monday, five days prior to opening night.

Box Office hours are from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The box office will be open on Saturday only during the run of the show.

GROUPS ARE WELCOME

Group discounts are available to groups of 20 or more. We must have confirmation of the exact number attending no later than 5 days before your group arrives. Full payment is required 24 hours prior to the performance.

ACCESSIBLE TO ALL

MLT facilities are wheelchair friendly. Call the box office early, inform the box office staff of your special needs, and we will be ready to assist you.

SMALL CHILDREN

We welcome children old enough to enjoy our performances. However, to ensure maximum enjoyment for all patrons, children under 5 are discouraged from attending any production. Tickets must be purchased for all children. Fire code requirements stipulate that young audience members must sit in their own seat - no child may sit in the lap of an adult.

REFUNDS: MLT has no refund policy - all sales are final. We will exchange your tickets for one of our other performances of the same show 24 hours prior to the curtain time appearing on the ticket.

UNCLAIMED TICKETS: MLT reserves the right to release all unpaid non-member tickets not picked up 15 minutes before curtain. Please call us if you are running late!
